Princeton, Indiana | I got bit by a small tick last summer, he bit me between 2 toes so it was hard to judge the reaction but 2 days later I felt like I was getting the flu. Took the tick with me to walk in clinic. They didn't bother to test me just gave me some antibiotic. Claimed with the symptoms by the time the lab work was done I would just be sicker. Had 2 weeks work of meds, made me feel like crap for 2 weeks but I consider myself lucky no lasting effects. Apparently Lyme disease caught early is much easier to treat than it use to be. | |
