That is a good way of putting it Marland. It isn't ideal perhaps but it doesn't mean that all hope is lost and that things won't turn out almost as well or just as well as if the mother were kept at home. Another way to look at it is that in this day and age not every woman is cut out for being at home full time. On the other side of the coin I'm sure there are plenty of women who live in town who would kill for the chance to be able to stay home full time on a farm. Thats what makes this old world interesting. We're not all the same and we each like different things.
