Can't tell you about drone dealers/price, but many underestimate/underuse satellite imagery data. 

IMO you need to start with satellite imagery options: 
- cheap landsat, sentinel, upscaled to 1m, contrast stretching applied, so you can see a lot of details; see example 1min video
- then on demand buy for just $0.08 per ac per image 3m Planet imagery (it's available every other day)
