2 7/8 drill stem, not sure if they’re pounded in or concrete. I was gonna weld continuous panels along the bottom so I could put heifers inside if I needed to.
I like the concept, but with our snows and winds, I’d be concerned about only every other post ‘here.’. Especially the double arched ones that are not supported directly. Lot of outward pressure from the arch.
And I understand they mostly shed snow, but I’ve seen weird stuff with sticky heavy snow in a wind, build up some odd drifts clinging to places snow isn’t supposed to cling to.
