SW WI | SD cards have different speeds. Could be the file system on the card. Could be a driver but is a new computer. Even new computers need updating sometimes.
Try a different port. Eject device before switching ports.
I have never seen many towers with card readers. I have built my own for years. Alot of computers do not come with cdroms anymore.
You should not have any problems watching videos.
I have used a card reader for years and my card reader is old.
I use VLC to watch videos and movies. It is free. I dont know if this would help your situation?
