check Starfire 3000 software version first, should be ITC 2.80 S. If it is not, you need to update it
Yes, their was a required update in 2021 for satellite changes. The 3000 is old enough, someone could have just had it on a shelf and decided last week to sell it. Well yes, it worked last time I used it in 2020.
