Asked a couple weeks ago what I did wrong, got great advise so Wednesday night at Midnight I put a 8 lb butt in the smoker set at 225 at noon I upped it 250 by 6 the internal temp was at 202 born pulled clean and it pulled apart easily. So thanks for the great tips, 18 hours low and slow worked and I didn't wrap it
