Southern Wisconsin seems like I can’t give a round bale away, 4x5.5 bringing $40-$50 but zero demand. Big squares around $75. Small squares probably $5. I have an abundance of really good hay, wish I had place to go with it all.
That’s about double what it is here, but many are still selling 2024 hay, and very few good 2023 bales have been made.
2 years of rain has made a whole lot of barely average and low quality hay around here. Over supply, under quality.
