| We gave an old barn to an Amish, it had tool much paint on to be real desirable. I met with him and we went over what he was going/expected to do and what he got and the few things I wanted. He put down a security deposit which I returned as he did everything as he said he would. I fyour boards are sound and not too well painted it should/ could have more value then ours.
