Just ate 2 more tonight, beats the tough - as shoe leather - beef steaks any day.
I tend to think that the people on both sides of this pork/beef debate who say steaks are tough and dry don't know how to properly cook them.
I grew up hating pork chops. My mother, bless her soul, came from the old school were they had to be cooked til they were 500 degrees internal to "kill all the parasites". They were tough as hell and dry. Cooked to 140-150, they are moist, tender, and tasty. | |
