3 wires, that are 2 hots and 1 ground.
This plug is not on the circuit with the lights, they just runout of the same breaker panel.
Someone earlier stated that my ground wire is also grounded through the plug to the shed steel.
Even at that, I must have a poor ground on my ground bar in the panel.
