I have access to some long grain white rice that is no longer of food quality. Has anyone used that for feed in cattle and pigs. Trying to figure out how to grind it and at what rate does it go into formulation. Anyone have any advice?

I have no experience, but Clemson's feed optimizer has rice listed as a product that you can put into a ration for cattle. HTH
