Imho, the next time I have a decent pork steak will be the first. Should all be thrown in sausage grinder

Amen all it is is fat and grizzle tastes better as a brat or breakfast sausage. Wife loves them I hate them. Steak is supposed to come from a cow. I don’t mind pork but not that. Ick
