The SCV return kit is AR71945. Good number except the parts page calls it a "wiring harness"...(I just find 'em, I don't explain 'em...)
You will need it if you expect to run a hyd. motor.
RE13523 is an adjustable stop kit. I have no experience with one of those, not sure if it would lock the lever in place...
