We killed one for a roast about 9 yrs ago. Killed it then immediately hung it while getting ready to scald and scrape it. It went in to cook as soon as we got it cleaned to our liking. We cooked it in a "Cajun Microwave" and it turned out amazing. Have wanted to do another one for several years, but my buddy forgot who the last person was he loaned it to. And they're expensive enough that I can't justify buying one to use it once every few years and have to store it on top of that.
