When we installed the chain in our grain pump loop we just turned the pulley by hand without the belts installed. I suppose if you want to get fancy you could make a crank handle. A flat piece of steel with two holes in it that would go to another piece With matching holes and clamp onto the spoke of the pulley with the short piece of pipe welded to it and a little bit bigger piece of PCV over top of the pipe. If you don’t have access to standing beside the drive, rent a lift…. Dennis
