I got to thinking today about someone messing up & pumping a couple gallons of def into a fuel tank on a 3.0 duramax. Say it ran for a couple minutes, until a light came on. I'm thinking drain the fuel tank, change the fuel filters...hope for the best. Any suggestions?

From some of the posts I guess they never make a mistake EVER...

Nephews experience on Ford 6.7...DEF never passed the fuel filter it seems..flushed tank & lines , new filters, fuel conditioner..changed filters agaqin after a week...100,000 + miles since then, 0 issues ..NAT said it was going to need xx,xxx $$ to fix.Bonus if shut off when light comes on

Guys have done it with tractors too...For those with both gas & diesel machinery I expect at some time we have all fueled wrong,I know I have
