Sounds electrical but its hard telling without investigating a bit more. Is you hydraulic pump running? If they are like the 1680 its belt driven pump. Do you have the oil tank full? It will drip empty on the hoses on the header hookup over winter if the breakaway tips aren't totally sealed.
>I forget how the valve cluster works exactly, but I seem to rmemeber there are 2 solenoids that have to work together at the same time to make it function. One blocks the circulation circuit and the other picks where the pressure goes.
And I believe the functions you mention are associated with a low oil pressure switch. MY 1480 and 1680 each had 2 engine oil pressure senders.
