I have one with 430,000 miles. 2003, Im the second owner. I know the first owner, no engine work other than water pumps, alternator, and two blown spark plugs. On second auto trans.
I look at market place frequently trying to find its replacement. I have 7.3,6.0, and this v10. v10 is best of the bunch no contest.
