coast of Maine | I had a similar issue a few years back,posted on here.Mine was sensing voltage on the neutral side with a multi meter.I learned that wires on long runs create this voltage bleed.My cousin in Finland where most wires are buried by the roadside ,,,has to use a safety system on ground(neutral there maybe) as there is enough bleed when miles of cable are run together as to kill you.After you touch this to the ground does it go away or is it constant? | |
