| In CO, besides wheat the dry land crops are usually a mix of proso millet, forage sorghum. hay millet, dry land corn, milo. Had to deliver a bull yesterday and covered a good bit of eastern CO. Thousands of acres of dry land corn and most of it looking pretty good. I don't know where they will store it besides the ground. The thing is, on a given year it can make from zero to over a hundred bushel. I know that is still a drop in the bucket nationally. But could add corn not often seen to that degree. And it is being planted because the government program makes it the most attractive option. | |
