Subject: Kinze 3600/ broken shanks

Southern IL Randolph County
On a new to me this year Kinze 3600 12/23, I have broken 2 of the front pusher unit shanks off. Planter has 14,000+ acres with air bag downforce. I see 1 other unit on the end that looks to be tweaked some. I did plant into some rough conditions planting DC beans after wheat with some washout areas and just hard ground at times. My question is whether the metal is just getting weak over time. Running without a coulter and the previous owners did a lot of no-till. I ran 170-200 lbs of down force no-tilling.
