| Got the truck out the other day getting things ready or wheat and I noticed I have a problem with the brake lights. The minute I turn the battery shut off switch on to power the rear brake lights come on and stay on. Regardless whether the truck is even running or not and whether the pedal is up or down. I am getting ready to dive into this issue but before I just start pulling wire harnesses apart and chasing wires I thought I would ask if there is something else I should look at first? Is there a relay or a switch that could be causing this issue? The truck is clean and kept inside but that doesn't mean rodent damage is not a possibility or a piched wire somewhere. Just thought I would check the simple stuff first if I knew where to look. Tia | |
