1 1/4 mile south of Tedbear | What do you mean the screen was blank? Rate showing 0 or nothing at all on the screen?
If rate was showing 0,the control valve is not the problem. The control valve controls what is going out. It doesn't read anything.
The flow meter reads what is going out.
Need to check Speed, Vol/Min, and Area/Hr to see where the problem is.
