If the tractor has been sitting for at least an hour, I'd disconnect 1 positive lead from 1 battery, connect an amp meter between the cable and the post, then disconnect the other battery positive lead. All current will be going through the amp meter. With the overhead lamp off, pull 1 fuse at a time, starting with the radio, until your current falls off. Anything over 100mA is not ideal. Do not attempt to key on, etc, as you will very likely blow the meter fuse. You could also try this with an amp clamp, but they don't tend to be as precise.
