Agree, converter(ac to dc) not inverter(dc to ac). Funny enough, I did the same thing this weekend trying to make some quick sleeping arrangements. I ended up removing one of the prongs on the 50amp and ran the 120v through the correct pole. Found the correct converter online for less than $100.
