There is a serial number break at 250,001 which have been in 70, but for sure includes 71 and 72. After that break a different block, secondary air cleaner, rubber floor mat, and 4 headlights with a dimmer switch in the floorboard.

250,001 is the beginning number for 1971. And that would be 2 headlights with a dimmer switch.
