Subject: 7 year carnivore couple

Pittsburg, Kansas

My wife and are not carnivore, although our ketogenic diet is very meat heavy and we only eat vegetables sparingly. Seven years ago I would have thought eating pure carnivore would have been a completely crazy idea. Yet certain people with certain health problems seem to reverse their health problems and thrive on a strict carnivore diet.

Not for everyonne, but perhaps good for certain people???? Seems to be.

My wife likes watching this Laura Spath and her channel. She doesn't watch all her videos but is on her subscribed list.

This is kind of an overview of their journey of the last seven years. It will be shocking to some, but I see similar stories over and over and over again. Some people with certain health issues seem to thrive on carnivore compared to what they had been eating.

If you find that one interesting another long term carnivore (her husband is not in this case) that my wife really likes is Kelly Hogan who is also very long term carnivore (13 years eating only meat).

I can relate to both of them but fortunately for me it did not take full carnivore. A very low carb ketogenic diet was enough to gain my health back. Although I have thought I might be even better on total carnivore, but to date have not been willing to give up some things.

Edit: now listening to Laura Spath interview with Dr Erik Westman (who is another low carb doctor I think highly of - been doing a low carb clinic at Duke University for 20 years).     #mce_temp_url#
