Fairbury, NE (Southeast) | Way too many slopes and terraces here. Two years of corn makes a huge difference. Fall spray and a little later on the first pass makes the residual much more effective vs spraying in april. Bare ground is the enemy. As long as you don't get hail your method is perfectly fine.
We have a small acreage of flood ground that gets a cultivator on it yet. i would tell people the less you think about it the easier it is to stay in the middle of the row. | |
