Yep. By far, the best burgers I’ve had in the last 15 years were from a sow me and a co worker split. The rest of the meat sucked but it was from a bad butcher. The meat we have now is from a meishan I think which is supposed to be a fattier hog too. It’s not bad also, just hard to grill with all the fat
