I think the key word that was missed is OP said 30 amp RV which is only 120 volts. Never owned one but understand that the 50 amp RV does use 220 volt input. As I understand it the other key difference is the 30 amp cord is 3 lug and the 50 amp is 4 lug. I would agree with the suggestion that the inverter probably is gone as it sounds like some smoke excaped. |
