NWC Ohio | My opinion coming from a 3020, single remote, with a loader plumbed like you’re wanting to do is this.
Mount the hydraulic valve on the back of the tractor and run your loader hydraulic lines to the back of the tractor. Use quick couplers to connect the lines to the valve. This way you could use the loader valve as one or two extra remotes by unhooking one set of loader lines, or two extra remotes when loader is removed. Use a remote joystick with cables to control the loader valves. Mount the remote joystick to the right of the seat where it’s comfortable for you to operate. Now you will also have access to the right side step to get on or off the tractor as well.
Any way you go, you will need to pick a hydraulic valve that has 1 spool with a float position. If it has a float position and a detent (continuous flow) position that would be great (my opinion). It will also have to work in a closed center hydraulic system for how your plumbing it. If you go remote mounting, the valve will need to be compatible with a remote joystick kit. Surplus Center and Shoup should both carry these.
My 3020 is set up with the loader valve up to the right of the steering wheel. It works, but I’m not overly fond of it there, even for loader work. I bought a remote joystick kit to relocate, but it wasn’t compatible with the hydraulic valve that came on the tractor and loader.
