Ration the pork? Surely you jest? The producers can't give it away now. Sell it for less and they'll go broke.
It will not "come around"
Beef is on a trend higher and will always be for many many years.
If for one reason look at how fast hogs reproduce.
And the consumer favors beef.
Will consumers start switching to pork?
