Best is when one can eat a whole five corse meal that one grows himself. I feel like a king working the garden. Sadly it’s the first time in years I haven’t had one. Doing yard work to upgrade my garden production for next year. I finally figured out how I want to grow things in their certain spots from years of toil. So I needed to clean the slate and start over. And beef prices help me to upgrade and simplify things of that nature.
Will consumers start switching to pork?
