| Of basically 1/3 ground elk, 1/3 pork and 1/3 beef, mixes in some chopped up fresh garden onions, and a little BBQ sauce. Aahhmazing. Especially over charcoal. The pork and beef came from the local locker, the elk from 3 miles outside Yellowstone park. Added bonus, any left overs refrigerated taste just as good warmed up in microwave. I don’t care much for the taste of microwaved leftover burgers. I believe I just had my all time best restaurant burger at a steakhouse in Bismarck, ND named the 40 steakhouse.. And it was only $12, subbed the fries for a fantastic garden salad. Really cool ambiance too. Anybody that lives nearby has a real gem of a restaurant in their backyard. A dry aged 16oz ribeye was $72, which is prolly about half what it would be at Mannys.
