A ground pork burger is a lot more juicy than a hamburger. Don't know why the Mc Rib hasn't gotten popular? I enjoy a smoked pork chop as much a steak.

The McRib sits in a bucket of juice and sauce until it is served. It is an absolute mess to serve according to franchises.
