I like beef the most but cost kind of limits that, pork is "ok" and not really a fan of chicken. We happen to raise some chickens here and since we hatched out our own eggs this spring will have extra roosters that need to turn into something useable.
Have some ducks too and plenty of extra drakes, at least those taste closer to beef.
Will consumers start switching to pork?
