“taste what pork can do” is fitting….. pork quality in the grocery store is hit or miss to me. Some days you get a good cut and some days I can still taste that “dust” i got in my mouth as a kid after working hogs all morning.…. Latter gets dumped. No thanks.
My opinion only- Best pork you can get has to come from a locker from some one with a hoop or at a high end restaurant of niman ranch or some “heritage” pork breed. Again, my opinion only. | |
