Sounds like you’ll probably be fine. What was the moisture testing the next day? Every moisture tester I’ve been around only reads the surface moisture. When dew starts coming on they don’t give a reliable reading. After the bale has set for a day or so the moisture equalizes and you will get an accurate reading.
