Sold a 1/2 beef to a guy that has bought from me before. I usually always set a price when they pick up meat. We just go off our last kill sheets. The guy is now pissy because I raised that price to $3.45 per lb hanging. Still haven’t seen his check and it’s been 3 weeks. My neighbor is the sheriff so I may talk to him about it…s
