No, actually there are states receiving significantly less rain that aren’t whining near as much as Nebraska. And if it didn’t rain you flip a switch and make it rain. It’s a no fail situation. I can’t believe the number of posters here who are just soaked in moisture, but say “we’re gonna need a lot more to finish”. Mind baffling
