SW WI | Oilve oil has a low smoke point. It is not for high heat cooking. Extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed also used in cosmetics and salad dressing. Taking any seed oil to smoke point is like burning the oil and break down the oil into other properties.. Burning the oil and reusing the oil is not healthy. Maybe this is where toxic comes in?
engine oils have a breakdown temperature over time the engine oil breaksdown.
each seed oil will have different properties, fats, vitamins, smoke point etc.
