NW Tennessee | I have BC/BS of TN. $300 deductible, 80/20 coverage, $20 co-pay for doctor visits. Not exactly sure where the 100% kicks in, but I'm thinking it's somewhere around $3500. Turn my prescriptions in at end of the year and get 80% back if deductible has been reached, which I always do due to a heart condition. My wife and I are both 49 with one daughter still living at home on the policy. It costs $6780 per year and it's tax deductible. Of course, we will be getting an increase in a couple of months when the policy holder turns 50, I'm sure. The $565 I pay monthly for health is about $150 more than a month's worth of child care for one child. More than one child, health insurance at my rate is cheaper.
