Northern Nebraska | Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that. Again, I'm a lifelong Republican. Just don't like some of the actions of this particular Republican president. One can be a Republican and not support unconstitutional things. I like some of the things he has done. I think there are some great things in the new spending bill. I think its not what he promised on cutting the deficit, but it definitely will help my bottom line even if it harms the country.
