Attempting to end birthright citizenship by executive order. Targeting political opponents with the department of justice. Using the American enemies act to deport people legally allowed to be in America. Suspended habeas corpus to those deported. Activity saying he wants and pursuing a third term. Issued executive orders against law firms denying them their first amendment rights. Definitely advertised a product while in political office.
That's just this term. We're only a few months in.
Yeah I get it. Biden broke a lot of the Constitution as well. He broke all their civil laws. He deserves to be punished. That doesn't make the current president any less culpable for his actions.
