Malta, Illinois | I did watch the entire speech and there were moments of brilliance that made a person feel really good about being an American and then he pivoted to the dark side with hateful rhetoric. You don’t know me so quit pretending you do. Trump perceives democrats to be his enemy and for sure some of them are. The Bible tells us not to hate even our enemies. I try my best to follow the Bible and quite obviously not always successful. I don’t understand how anyone who professes to follow the teachings of Christ can openly hate anyone friend or enemy. I guess you are okay hating people who have a different political agenda than you do? | |
