 Pittsburg, Kansas | The argument is they for the most part all high in Omega 6. That is one argument at least. That was thought to be the problem.
Another line of thought it is because of oxidation and basically all the seed oils are processed in such a way that introduces them to high temperature and processes that oxidize the oils. The natural stuff is so vile no one would consume it. It is deodorized, clarified and oxidation inhibitors add before it looks or tastes like anything anyone would dare to eat.
But what Nick is pointing out is that the Omega 6 argument may not be valid.
