It’s called a cut in the rate the rate of increase. Medicare and Medicaid will not see a real cut. The built in annual increase in the budget is probably 8%. I’m betting this bill has an increase of around 6% which is A 6% increase year on year. The media reports this a a two percent cut and the masses think Donald is pushing granny off the cliff in her wheel chair.
