lol, trying to understand taco salad talk is hilarious. I wonder how they will keep the local nursing homes and hospitals running that depended heavily on Medicaid, the best and fastest way will probably to raise the real estate taxes to make up the short fall, They giveth and taketh away, let's go taco. If your a citizen of this country and below poverty line, you’ll get your free health care. You liberals want all the illegals to use the emergency room and stick the taxpayer for the bill.
