Oregon | I've never had a problem with a 9.0 firing right up after a filter change and priming..Go back there and listen. Have someone cycle the key while you are back there - after removing the filters, cleaning the bases, and reinstalling the filters.. You should hear the pump prime everything. The pump you need to prime it is not mechanical, so "cranking for a while" and starting with ether is unlikely to solve anything. Make certain it primes (key on for at least 30 seconds and no crank ) before you try starting,
